Let's say you get your wish and abortion is abolished tomorrow. From now on, any woman who gets pregnant must carry the child to term regardless of circumstances. Not every pregnancy will go to term, of course, since a third of pregnancies end in miscarriage. But what will happen to the children born as a result?
